The incident occurred at Chief’s, a recently opened rooftop bar owned by fellow country music star Eric Church. Reports and witness statements allege Wallen, 30, tossed a chair from the sixth-floor perch onto the bustling pedestrian walkway. Wallen was arrested early Monday morning on three counts of felony reckless endangerment and one count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct. He was released on a $15,250 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on May 3rd.
